If you wish to make a booking for earlier than 0800 please contact us. The premises must be vacated by 2300 at the latest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember<\/strong>! You must include enough time in your booking to cover the time to set up and to clear and clean the Hall or Pavilion.<br \/><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>If you wish to book an event on a <strong>Saturday<\/strong>, bear in mind that there may be a <strong>football match<\/strong> using the Playing Fields and Sports Pavilion.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Both the Village Hall and the Pavilion are licenced to sell alcohol. If you intend to sell or serve alcohol you must state this under \u201c<strong>Special Requirements<\/strong>\u201d on the booking page.<\/p>\n<h5>Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.<\/h5>\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-xs-12\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong>: Select the year, month and date for which you wish to make a booking and click &#8220;Go&#8221;.<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-xs-12\"><em>Hover over<\/em> or <em>Click on<\/em> an Event square to see more details. The Pavilion is \u00a310ph and  \u00a38 respectively.  The Petanque is free without the use Pavilion. A returnable deposit for cleaning and breakages of \u00a3100 is charged to all which is refundable after the booking minus any agreed charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular bookings are charged separately.  Please contact us through the Bookings Email for regular booking costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weddings are charged at a different rate due to the increased administrative charges that we encounter.
