MAKE A BOOKING (Weekly Diary)

Bookings are available from 0800 to 2300. If you wish to make a booking for earlier than 0800 please contact us. The premises must be vacated by 2300 at the latest.

Remember! You must include enough time in your booking to cover the time to set up and to clear and clean the Hall or Pavilion.
If you wish to book an event on a Saturday, bear in mind that there may be a football match using the Playing Fields and Sports Pavilion.

Both the Village Hall and the Pavilion are licenced to sell alcohol. If you intend to sell or serve alcohol you must state this under “Special Requirements” on the booking page.

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Instructions: Select the year, month and date for which you wish to make a booking and click “Go”.

The current charge (2025) for booking the Hall is: £15 ph for Non Stourpaine Residents and £10 ph for Stourpaine Residents. The Pavilion is £10ph and £8 respectively. The Petanque is free without the use Pavilion. A returnable deposit for cleaning and breakages of £100 is charged to all which is refundable after the booking minus any agreed charges.

Weddings are charged at a different rate due to the increased administrative charges that we encounter. Please email for details.
