Purpose

Stourpaine Village Hall committee raise valuable funds every year for the running of Stourpaine Playing Fields & Village Hall. Money raised is used to maintain and improve the hall and field for the benefit of all users as well as subsidising events held at the hall.

By joining The Stourpaine Village Hall 100 Club (The 100 Club) you can help ensure Stourpaine Village Hall remains open and in good repair as a resource for all the residents in our community; as well as having a chance to win cash prizes every month!

The Stourpaine Village Hall 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all Residents from Stourpaine Village and the surrounding area, their family and friends. As a private lottery you have to be invited to join, you will be allocated a Number and your Tickets are not transferable.

You have to be 16 or over to join

Conduct of the Draw

Each month there is a draw for 50% of the income.

The winning numbers will be produced by Random Number Software.

This amount is divided between 3 lucky winners when we have a 100 members or over. The split is 50::30::20.
Under 100, there will be two prizes, split 60::40 or as decided by the committee.
Prize amounts are rounded to the nearest pound.

The fund is made up as follows:-

  • For example, if we have 100 members the income for that month will be £200
  • 50% will be used as the prize fund e.g. £100 split into three prizes:
    • The 1st prize will be £50 (if >100 members)
    • The 2nd prize will be £30 (if >100 members)
    • The third prize will be £20 (if >100 members)
  • You may buy more than one Number per month
  • We would prefer for you to pay for 12 months in advance (£24 per Number) by Credit Transfer or Cheque.
  • The more people who buy a subscription – the higher the prize money!
